Department of Education and Skills (Ireland):

The mission of the Department of Education and Skills is to provide high-quality education which will (a) enable individuals to achieve their full potential and to participate fully as members of society; and (b) contribute to Ireland's social, cultural and economic development. Chief among the Department's priorities are the promotion of equity and inclusion, quality outcomes and lifelong learning; planning for education that is relevant to personal, social, cultural and economic needs; and enhancement of the capacity of the Department for service delivery, policy formulation, research and evaluation. All of our professional development courses for primary school teachers have been approved as CPD by the Department of Education and Science.

Waterford Institute of Technology (Ireland):

Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) is a university-level institution in the South-East of Ireland with over 10,000 students and 1000 staff. WIT offers tuition and research programs in various areas from National Certificate to PhD level.
The Institute now confers its own awards at all levels from Higher Certificate to PhD, subject to standards set and monitored by the Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC) which was established by the Government in June 2001, under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999. The quality and standard of Irish educational awards is fully recognised globally. All Irish awards are included in the national framework of qualifications maintained by the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland.

Jolly Learning
CPD College is proud to offer approved online training for the Jolly Phonics programme and the Jolly Music programme on behalf of Jolly Learning. The Jolly Phonics online training course has participants in over 90 countries and is widely regarded as a key element in the successful implementation of the Jolly Phonics programme itself.
Oxford University Press
We are delighted to have reached agreement with Oxford University Press to offer an online training course in the highly respected Numicon progamme in Ireland. This course has proven very attractive to both mainstream and learning support teachers who wish to integrate Numicon activities into their teaching.
