Purposes for which we hold your information
The information you provide CPD College in participating
on our courses is used to produce your record and certificate
of completion for your course. Your personal information is
not visible to other participants. All that is visible to
other participants is your name, city/town, country and email
address which you can hide in your profile settings if you
so wish.
Sensitive information
CPD College is committed to the security of their students’
transactions and private information. This site features secure
connection and the latest in encryption technology.
Credit card numbers and account numbers are protected by
secure server software called Realex. This secure software
encrypts financial information provided online. It prevents
anyone else reading your personal and sensitive information
while your donation is being processed.
Third Party disclosure of information
Some of the courses we provide require that we
disclose information to the Department of Education in relation
to the participants on those courses.
Updating, verifying and deleting Personal Data
The software we use allows you to modify your profile information,
including your password. Your personal information is not
visible to other participants. All that is visible to other
participants is your name, city/town, country and email address
which you can hide in your profile settings if you so wish.
