L06 -Revisiting Orders in Family Law

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of what can broadly be called the “revisiting” of ancillary relief orders made either at the time of the granting of a decree of judicial separation or divorce. It therefore quite specifically deals with ancillary relief orders made in marital cases only. It further touches upon this theme in the context of the relief provided for in a Deed of Separation.
