You engage with the course by reading the course content,

Step 3: Print
your completed CPD certificate
When you are finished the course, check your time contribution
to ensure you have at least two hours recorded. You simply
print off your CPD record and keep it for your own records.

purpose of this paper is to provide an overview
of what can broadly be called the “revisiting”
of ancillary relief orders made either at the
time of the granting of a decree of judicial separation
or divorce. It therefore quite specifically deals
with ancillary relief orders made in marital cases
only. It further touches upon this theme in the
context of the relief provided for in a Deed of
Separation.
