The course aims to present a practical interpretation of the PIAB Act 2003, the PIAB (Amendment) Act 2007 and relevant Case Law, including the question of costs. Completion of this course should assist any practitioner in day to day dealings with PIAB and the handling of the issues that arise for all Solicitors.
